Abstract Review Process

CAMX Program Management uses a review process that gathers content proposals and combines input from industry peers and professional staff to ensure timely, relevant, and high-quality program content. A volunteer committee of diverse, knowledgeable professionals reviews submissions, with administrative support from ACMA and SAMPE, the host organizations.

Applications undergo an abstract review based on the criteria below, after which applicants receive initial decisions and feedback; acceptance at this stage does not guarantee final acceptance as submissions can be rejected later if they deviate from the abstract or appear overly commercial.

Accepted applicants draft a technical paper or detailed session outline using these available templates.
