HOTEL RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN!

CAMX has negotiated discounted hotel rooms for CAMX attendees and exhibitors, available through the CAMX Housing Bureau, Conference Direct. In addition to saving money and providing shuttle bus access from CAMX official hotels to the Convention Center, booking through the CAMX Housing Bureau – Conference Direct –gives you personal service before, during and after your hotel stay. Plus, you can be assured that CAMX Housing Bureau rates offered are the lowest available to the general public.

Hotel reservations for individual exhibitors can be made online at www.thecamx.org. Blocks of 10 or more rooms must be reserved using a separate form available in the Exhibitor Service Center. Sleeping room suites can also be reserved through the Housing Bureau. Information on reserving Hospitality Suites and Meeting Rooms is available in the Exhibitor Service Center.

HOUSING ALERT!

Please be aware that companies other than the CAMX official housing provider (Conference Direct) may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with CAMX, ACMA or SAMPE, and claim to offer hotels at ‘reduced’ rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with CAMX and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. The CAMX Housing Bureau Conference Direct is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to your sales contact or exhibits@thecamx.org.
