Here is What to Expect at CAMX 2021

We Form the Future – What to Expect at CAMX 2021

At the risk of sounding like every other conference this year, CAMX 2021 is definitely going to look different, but in a GOOD way.

Yes, CAMX 2021 Will be In-Person

We will finally be together, (yes – in person!) in Dallas, TX. The city that is famous for many things, like wide-open spaces and signature hospitality, is the perfect destination for our CAMX community to come together for a safe, in-person experience.

Safety First

The Texas Governor’s office, the city of Dallas, and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD) have gone to great measures to ensure a SAFE experience while in their city. Last year, the Convention Center achieved the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation. GBAC’s STAR™ Facility Program, created by the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), has specific criteria that consider cleaning, disinfecting, and infectious disease prevention plans when approving accreditations. The accreditation means that the KBHCCD implemented a plan, and continues to do so, to control risks associated with infectious agents such as COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, Influenza, MRSA, and TB.

The CAMX show management team is working with the convention center leadership to ensure that these standards are in place before and during our show. What’s more, these rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety, and we strongly encourage you to visit the above links often and check them regularly, as protocols will likely change between now and October.

With these protocols in place, guests at area restaurants and venues will be limited, so we strongly urge you to make reservations now for those important dinner meetings and off-site receptions. Currently, shops, restaurants, museums, and libraries may operate at 50 percent capacity, but that is subject to change. Advance planning ensures you a successful show and also gives the Dallas economy a boost.

Join Us in Dallas or on CAMX+

After last year, is there anything better than the idea of meeting around a convivial table of your peers while enjoying some of the best food in the country? Probably  not, but we understand that not everyone is going to be able to join us in person. Even pre-COVID-19, we all had reasons for not being able to attend conferences in person. We understand. That’s why we’re including a digital extension of the in-person experience: CAMX+.

What is CAMX+

CAMX+ will give our remote attendees a chance to participate in the CAMX experience from anywhere in the world. While it won’t be the same as the in-person experience, it will be a version of CAMX optimized for digital participation. You’ll be able to see some of the same content as our in-person guests, and you will be able to enjoy a plethora of the world-class, educational sessions you’ve come to expect at CAMX on-demand, with the hopes that it’ll tempt you to join us in person in 2022. The CAMX show management team is finalizing the details for CAMX+, so be sure to stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, make sure to save these dates:

October 19 – 21, 2021

Sponsorship and Booth Sales are Now Open

We are so excited to get the band back together under one roof this October at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. While initial booth selections began in November 2020, there are still prime locations and multiple booth sizes to choose from on the exhibit hall floor.

In addition, the CAMX team has created new onsite and digital sponsorships to maximize your visibility, branding and industry perception before, during and after CAMX 2021. Custom packages can also be designed to fit your budget and business development needs. The time is now to plan out your CAMX 2021 presence.
