This product is a smart electronic device that helps composites manufacturers to find leaks in vacuum bagged tools in just few seconds by measuring vacuum level, temperature and humidity. It also runs standard “leak rate tests” storing the results in the cloud and generating automatic test reports. It measures moisture and temperature stored in a cloud database as very useful tool for statistical analyses leading to further process improvements. Also, the device implements an innovative sensor for measuring the cure of the part in real time, sending alarms to the user when the part is fully cured.
