PRESS REGISTRATION
To register for a complimentary press pass, contact lauren@sampe.org. Be sure to indicate that you are registering as press. Press registrations are subject to CAMX approval.
Registration Policies
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CAMX constitutes an agreement by the registrant for ACMA and SAMPE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. CAMX may use your registration information to contact you for marketing purposes. All participants must adhere to the CAMX anti-trust guidelines.
No individuals under the age of 18 are permitted on the show floor during move-in or move-out. Attendees must be at least 16 years old to attend CAMX. Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
CAMX attendees are not permitted to carry weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms, onto the premises of any CAMX events. We reserve the right to require conference participants who violate this policy to immediately leave the event. Each attendee agrees to comply with this policy, regardless of whether signs prohibiting weapons are posted at the premises of any official CAMX event.
CAMX is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. CAMX attendees and exhibitors violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the show organizers.
Registering for this event indicates an acceptance of these terms.
Standard Cancellation/Refund/Substitution
For all pre-registrants who are unable to attend the conference and wish to cancel their registration, a refund may be arranged, if registered in writing by August 21, 2026. Send your requests to info@thecamx.org . There will be a processing fee of $100, and refund requests will be issued within 30 days after the show. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply to the attending substitute.
Please note that refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or for early departures from CAMX. Regardless of their attendance, these individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration.
