Discounted hotel room rates have been negotiated for CAMX attendees and exhibitors, and are only available through the CAMX Housing Bureau, Conference Direct. In addition to saving you money, booking through the CAMX Housing Bureau offers you personal service before, during and after your hotel stay. Plus, you can be assured that CAMX conference rates offered are the lowest available to the general public.

The CAMX Housing Bureau Conference Direct is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact. Please be aware that companies other than the CAMX official housing provider (Conference Direct) may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with CAMX, ACMA or SAMPE, and claim to offer hotels at ‘reduced’ rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with CAMX and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to your sales contact or info@thecamx.org
