Originality and Innovation:

  • Is the research novel and interesting?
  • Does the abstract offer a unique perspective or application that adds value for an attendee?

Review Process

CAMX technical committees consist of a diverse collection of industry professionals who are selected to provide unbiased feedback and recommendations for CAMX’s competitive conference program. Their mission is to review received abstracts, technical papers, education session outlines, draft presentations, and all other collateral associated with the program in order to select the sessions of most interest to our industry using the criteria outlined above and avoid overlap in the program wherever possible. Final program selections are made by the CAMX Oversight Committee.

Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance as a speaker at the conference. Submissions may be rejected in later stages if the submission no longer aligns with the original abstract or is determined to be too commercial. All obvious commercial sales pitches will not be accepted for inclusion at CAMX.

The individual responsible for creating an application will be notified via email all pertinent deadlines, updates, and decisions, and is responsible for communicating this information to any co-presenters involved in their session.
