CAMX Now Accepting Entries for 2017 CAMX Award

The deadline to submit an entry for the 2017 CAMX Award recognizing Combined Strength and Unsurpassed Innovation is May 15

The CAMX Award recognizes two cutting-edge innovations that will significantly impact composites and advanced materials. The award is divided into two categories – Combined Strength and Unsurpassed Innovation.

“These game-changing composite applications truly embody the spirit of CAMX and the industry itself,” said Tom Dobbins, ACMA President. “Every year, I’m inspired by our industry’s ability to create amazing products that challenge the status quo in a wide range of markets.”

As two distinct honors, the Combined Strength Award acknowledges a product that incorporates composites materials that solves a problem through teamwork and collaboration, and the Unsurpassed Innovation Award celebrates a product with a design that incorporates low-cost materials for high-volume applications that can change the outlook of a particular market. Past winners have changed the way 3-D printing, automotive, aerospace and architecture.
