Registration is now open for the rescheduled CAMX 2017, December 11-14, 2017 in Orlando, Fla. All attendees that were registered for the September dates are asked to confirm their participation at CAMX in December by responding to the email sent to them on October 17th. For new attendees, please register on the CAMX registration page. Any registration questions can be directed to the CAMX registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Housing is now open for CAMX. All those planning to attend CAMX in December need to make housing reservations. Please make your housing reservations via the CAMX website Hotel page. All hotels are either within walking distance to CAMX or on a shuttle bus route.

After postponing CAMX 2017 due to Hurricane Irma, we are pleased to announce that CAMX 2017 will be held December 12-14, 2017, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Details about confirming your registration for the new dates or requesting refunds will be sent via email as soon as possible within the next seven days. Additional information on the schedule at a glance, the Conference Program, and the Exhibit Hall is expected within the next 2-3 weeks. CAMX is confident the expo will be held by the end of 2017; however, confirmed dates are not available. Please keep in mind that we are working as quickly as possible to confirm new dates, but Orlando is currently under a curfew through Monday at 6pm, and many businesses and homes do not have power. We hope to be able to announce dates this week, and will then follow shortly with information on registration for attendees, and next steps for exhibitors on their booth space. What are the rescheduled dates for CAMX 2017?
CAMX will announce the rescheduled dates for CAMX 2017 in the coming week pending conditions in Orlando and their recovery efforts. Many of our partners that work with CAMX are based in Orlando and are preparing for Hurricane Irma. Thank you for your patience as we plan the best experience possible.
Will I receive a refund for the conference registration?
All pre-registered attendees will receive information on registration options once the new CAMX dates are confirmed. Attendees can contact email@example.com with direct questions/inquiries.

I made my reservation through ConferenceDirect. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
If you booked your reservation through ConferenceDirect, the official Housing Bureau of CAMX, we will cancel your hotel reservation on your behalf.
I made my hotel reservation independently. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
If you booked your reservation, directly with the hotel, or some other way, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. you are responsible for cancelling your own hotel reservation. Please keep in mind that hotel rooms are in short supply in Orlando as many emergency responders and evacuees are in need of rooms, so it is suggested you cancel your room as soon as possible.
What happens to my freight I shipped to Freeman?
Freeman will hold your freight until the storm has passed. After that time, they can either hold your freight until the new CAMX dates or will work with you directly to get the freight to your next show or its next location. Hurricane Irma has created many uncertainties in Florida and the surrounding States. What happens if I shipped my freight direct to show site?
Your freight will not be accepted by the Orange County Convention Center and will be returned directly to you. It is suggested you contact your carrier for additional information.

As the organizers of CAMX, we are aware of the threat posed by Hurricane Irma to the state of Florida and Orlando. Our primary concern is for the safety of all our CAMX participants and for our ability to deliver an industry event that is well attended. After our continued review of the hurricane path, notices of airline cancellations, the Orlando Airport providing indications that it will shut down, as well as other challenges, it is unavoidable that unfortunately we must announce that CAMX will not be held next week. We are looking for alternative dates later this Fall. CAMX is a very important show to our industry, and we want to be able to have a successful event for our exhibitors and attendees that is safe and well attended.
