North America’s Largest Composites and Advanced Materials Event Adds Innovation Park – a New Feature to Promote Collaboration, Showcase Innovators, and Inspire Industry-Wide Synergy and Growth.

May 30, 2017 (Orlando, Fla.)CAMX-The Composites and Advanced Materials Expo – North America’s premier composites industry event co-produced by the American Composites Manufacturers Association and the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE) – is excited to announce that its fourth annual event, taking place in Orlando from September 11-14, 2017, will mark the debut of Innovation Park at CAMX.

The park is a new area in the center of the Exhibit Hall featuring four zones tailored to the learning, networking and inspirational needs of CAMX attendees. The first of these areas is the New Exhibitor Zone where attendees can learn more about companies and startups new to CAMX. The New Exhibitor Zone is an opportunity to find out what these companies are doing in the industry and how their work can impact your business.

“We offer the premier North American composites event for advanced industry thinking. We offer attendees an all-new level of access to technical expertise. We offer start-ups and new companies revolutionary, new products, and solutions for our industry,” said Gregg Balko, SAMPE CEO. “Innovation Park will be the epicenter of knowledge and new information at CAMX.”

Innovation Park will also feature a Consultants Corner area where attendees can get trustworthy, constructive answers to important questions from CAMX’s pool of experts. Another way for attendees to get valuable information is through Innovation Park’s Presentation Theater, which will include breaking news, press conferences, special announcements and more. Attendees who visit the theater will also have access to free technical presentations featuring new products and technical solutions.

The final area of Innovation Park is the Connection Zone where attendees can network and learn from each other. Each day, CAMX will hold meet-ups with groups with a wide range of meet-ups among people with similar interests.

Our industry is evolving at a rapid pace. It seems as though every other week we’re learning about something that’s never been done in our industry before,” said Tom Dobbins, ACMA President. “The new features in Innovation Park will give CAMX attendees the chance to see the future of our industry before it happens, and through the power of collaboration and networking, even become a part of our industry’s future innovations.”
